Mr. Bowers currently serves as Chief Operating Officer, where he is responsible for the company’s strategic planning and model execution, deal structuring and negotiation and development and operating oversight of ART’s radiotherapy center assets nationwide.

Prior to joining Integrated Proton Solutions and Advanced Radiotherapy Technologies, Mr. Bowers spent the past twenty years in the private equity and venture capital marketspace serving as a strategic advisor and board member of numerous privately held and publicly traded companies. By working with companies predominantly on elements of operations and financial structuring, he led dozens of startup ventures to mid-size enterprises both in the U.S. as well as European securitization companies.

In 2006 Mr. Bowers founded Heritage Holding Group and served as Managing Principal and Chief Executive Officer. Since its inception, he helped steward the firm’s growth to one of the largest private firms in San Diego and oversaw the firm’s private equity and venture capital holdings until the firm was acquired in 2017. During that time, he demonstrated an emphasis in the healthcare marketplace, where he guided universities, large scale clinical systems and several NCI-designated cancer centers on the procurement of leading cancer therapy solutions. Mr. Bowers oversaw the development and financing of cancer centers across the U.S. exceeding valuations of $1 Billion.
