About Us

We believe physicians fighting cancer should have every tool they need at their disposal.

Advanced Radiotherapy Technologies (“ART”) develops turnkey, freestanding radiotherapy centers for the use of physician practices and hospitals. ART has combined decades of experience in the development of superior radiotherapy centers to provide our clinical partners the best cancer care solutions for their patients.

ART’s centers will have state-of-the-art radiotherapy equipment, such as, but not limited to, the RefleXion X-1, SOMATOM® go. platform, Varian Edge, and Somatom go.Pro. Our delivery will include financing, design, engineering, construction, equipment installation and clinical acceptance leading to first patient treatment. ART is currently seeking qualified clinical partners to integrate our cancer centers into their existing cancer care services.

ART is a joint venture formed by Integrated Proton Solutions (“IPS”) and Kingsbarn Realty Capital (“KB”).

IPS’s management team has developed industry leading proton therapy centers for the benefit of healthcare and medical academic institutions. Its deliveries have included the California Protons Cancer Therapy Center (San Diego), Maryland Proton Treatment Center (University of Maryland) and the Emory Proton Therapy Center (Emory University). These centers opened in 2014, 2016, and 2017, respectively. IPS’s unparalleled experience helps to ensure on-time delivery, an efficient handoff to the clinical partner and a projected patient ramp up. Since opening, the centers have successfully treated thousands of cancer patients with proton beam therapy.

Kingsbarn Realty Capital (KB) is a full-service commercial development firm. KB’s highly experienced management team has successfully purchased or developed over 90 properties nationwide. With most of its properties intended for medical and office use, KB has a large portfolio of potential radiotherapy sites throughout the country. Kingsbarn Realty Capital is also an issuer of private placement real estate securities and has acquired over $807M of healthcare and office properties throughout the United States. KB’s strategic partnerships enhance its ability to design and build projects that meet its stringent criteria for quality and budget containment.
