Mr. Bordok has over 30 years of experience in the evaluation, structuring, and capitalization of technology-based companies. He has raised more than $1.2 billion for innovative companies in various growing industries.

Capitalizing on his investment and financial experience, Mr. Bordok became a private consultant for companies seeking growth funding and management restructuring. While in the consulting business, Mr. Bordok successfully funded companies in industries ranging from automotive services for new car dealers, aluminum anodizing and metals plating, resort development and cancer research.

Jeff has established strategic alliances with major hospital and academic medical center clients seeking particle therapy centers. He has assembled a team of industry leaders capable of providing fully integrated treatment center solutions.

Mr. Bordok earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor of International Management degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
