ART Health Cancer Center – Newport Beach, in partnership with USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center, has delivered a state-of-the-art radiation oncology and imaging center, located in Newport Beach, CA.

The 12,500 square-foot clinical space houses new-to-market imaging and radiation therapy technology in serene, beach-inspired space designed to put patients at ease. The center is equipped with positron emission tomography – computed tomography (PET-CT) imaging for diagnosis and monitoring; CT simulation imaging to plan radiation therapy; and two state of the art linear accelerators to deliver the radiation therapy treatment.

As one of the eight original National Cancer Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Centers in the United States, USC Norris has revolutionized cancer treatment, research and prevention for 50 years. In 2024-25, U.S. News & World Report ranked USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center among the top 25 cancer centers nationally and recognized USC Norris Cancer Hospital as a Best Specialty Hospital.

ART Health is developing a state-of-the-art comprehensive cancer center centrally located in Las Vegas, Nevada. ART Health will provide turnkey delivery of the center including financing, design and engineering, construction, equipment installation and clinical acceptance leading to first patient treatment. Nevada Oncology Specialists will provide professional and clinical services at the facility and ART Health will deliver ongoing management services for the cancer center. Nevada Oncology Specialists physicians and staff have been providing cancer therapy for patients in Clark County since 1997. The center is expected to open for patient care in the second quarter of 2026 and will have the capacity to treat thousands of cancer patients annually.

The new 22,000 square foot center will include complete radiation, medical oncology and infusion services. Radiation oncology equipment will include RefleXion Medical’s SCINTIX 2, Siemen’s Biograph Vision 450 PET/CT and Varian Medical’s Edge LINAC. This will be the most advanced radiation treatment center in the State of Nevada, providing the residents of greater Las Vegas with access to the most cutting-edge technologies available today.

The collective aim is to create a novel, academic and research-oriented oncology practice with university affiliations intent on integrating the teaching of medical students, residents, fellows and other allied health professionals. The emphasis on providing highly disease-specific multidisciplinary cancer expertise, as well as the clinical research emphasis in conjunction with technologies that are currently not available anywhere else in the State of Nevada, distinguishes the ART Health Cancer Center and Nevada Oncology Specialists from all other oncology practices in the region.
